3. May

Examples:

       (શું હું તમારું પુસ્તક ઉધાર લઈ શકું?)

  • It may rain today.

       (આજે વરસાદ પડી શકે છે.)


4. Might

Use: Possibility (less certain than 'may').

        (તેઓ પાર્ટીમાં આવી શકે છે.)


5. Shall

Use: Used in offers, suggestions, or future actions (formal).

Examples:


  • Shall we go for a walk?

        (શું આપણે ચાલવા જઈએ?)

  • I shall complete this work by evening.

       (હું આ કામ સાંજ સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરીશ.)


6. Should

       (તમારે આરોગ્યપ્રદ ભોજન ખાવું જોઈએ.)

  • He should apologize for his mistake.

        (તેને તેની ભૂલ માટે માફી માંગી જોઈએ.)


7. Will

Use: Expresses future actions, intentions, or decisions.

Examples:


  • I will call you tomorrow.

       (હું તમને કાલે કોલ કરીશ.)

  • We will visit our grandparents next week.

       (અમે આવતા અઠવાડિયે અમારા દાદા-દાદીને                  મળવા જઈશું.)


8. Would

Use: Past habits, polite requests, or hypothetical situations.

Examples:


  • When I was young, I would play in the park every day.

       (જ્યારે હું નાનો હતો, ત્યારે હું દરરોજ પાર્કમાં                   રમતો.)

  • Would you like some coffee?

         (શું તમને કાફી જોઈએ છે?)


9. Must

Use: Expresses obligation, necessity, or certainty.

Examples:


  • You must wear a helmet while riding a bike.

       (બાઇક ચલાવતી વખતે તમારે હેલમેટ પહેરવું જ               જોઈએ.)

  • It must be true; I saw it myself.

        (તે સાચું જ હશે; મેં તે જાતે જોયું છે.)


10. Ought to

Use: Moral duty or recommendation.

Examples:


  • We ought to help the needy.

        (આપણે જરૂરતમંદની મદદ કરવી જોઈએ.)
